	Bowmast is a boutique User Experience and Design Research consultancy. We are based in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Getting under the skin of your customers is the foundation of our work, finding out how your product can best fit your customer and even put a smile on their face. Our consultants come from design backgrounds spanning industrial, website, graphic, interior and architectural design. We have extensive experience planning and running research studies. Our work has provided valuable insight and strategic direction to dozens of projects for clients big and small.
	Nick Bowmast Director Nick discovered the importance of understanding his own customers needs in the early 1990s as a custom surfboard maker. He’s since applied a passion for finding out what makes people tick to shape products and environments both physical and virtual. Nick spends some of the year working with clients in London and the rest of the time in New Zealand helping Kiwi clients benefit from taking a User Centred approach to design.
